Join us!
Let's share together the dance of our warm hearts and joyfully co-create the celebration of the miracle of our existence.
We will, all together, dive ecstatically with our bodies and souls in this solar storm of powerful energy. Let's dance the Sun. Let’s dance Life. Let’s dance Love.
No Prerequisites. The hours of this class qualify for the Waves requirement for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

ACSF is located in the heart of the Mission at the corner of 22th and Mission St. It's directly above 'Sketchers' and accessible by MUNI lines 14, 49, 38R, 72R and BART 24th St. Mission Station.

Plenty of free street parking on Sunday on 22nd St, Mission St and nearby. Closest parking garage is Mission Bartlett Garage-Lot #204, entrance on 21st St and Bartlett St.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
