DESCRIPTION
5 Rhythms Workshop with Romana Tripolt and Trager Bodywork with Martin Steixner December 27th 2015 - January 2nd 2016 A one week journey into body wisdom with Trager® bodywork and the 5Rhythms®. In the morning sessions is time for individual work and one to one sessions in duets to practice parts of the Trager® work. In the evening we will move and dance 5rhythm waves as a group, Aurovillians are welcome and will join our tribe ! The 5Rhythms® are states of being and a concious movement practice, they are the map for our exploration. We will dance on the path of the 5rhythms to dive deeper into our body wisdom - to embody our wisdom. Each day will be dedicated to one rhythm, which is a gateway and teacher of a specific energetic quality:NOTES
There will be enough time between the workshop units to visit other Communities or the Matrimandir in Auroville, for spending relaxing hours on the beach, for getting a massage or visit the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondycherry.
The climate is extremely pleasant at this time of the year.
Booking of the flights has to be done by yourself.
The nearest airport is Chennai. Taxi from Chennai Airport to Auroville is around RPS 2400.- (40 $, 32 €).
