In Flowing, we connect with our feet and our breath. Turning inwards, we establish a connection withourselves, and allow our movement to come from within in a fluid way. This is feminine in nature.
In Staccato, we express ourselves outward, allowing connection with others to become our primary focus. This is done in partnership, or in small groups, and is masculine in nature.
In Chaos, the feminine and masculine merge, allowing for connections on all levels to become part of ourdance. This is where old patterns can shift and fall away, allowing new and authentic connections to unfold.
In Lyrical, we expand our sense of self, and begin to see our place in the whole. We connect with the groupin meaningful way, knowing that without our presence, the circle would not be complete.
In Stillness, we have the opportunity to connect with Spirit. Having made meaningful connections withourselves, others, and the tribe as a whole, we are able to embody dancing with compassion for all ~knowing that simply being ourselves is enough.
All you need is an openness to dive in, and I will meet you there.
