Meet the Teachers
Jo Cobbett, California
Jo’s offerings touch hearts around the globe where she offers yearly retreats and teaches 3 classes a week in Los Angeles. She is a loved and respected teacher in the embodied movement community, bringing a wide array of experience into her teachings, creating a loving and compassionate space for each dancer to express his/her truth. Advanced level Heartbeat 5Rhythms® training.
Christina Graham-Smith, California
Conscious awareness and authentic communication on all levels is a key aspect of Christina’s offerings. She navigates the dancer to the edge, dancing into the unknown to bring unconscious awareness to the surface in a loving, supported container. She teaches in California and Mexico, mentoring space holders and is currently in Heartbeat training.
Kierra Foster Ba, New York
Kierra brings 20+ years of dancing the 5Rhythms® into her teaching. Her movements and words remind us that dance is meant for all people, all bodies, all shapes, all ages, and all sizes. She leads workshops worldwide from the UK, Jordan to Brazil and currently teaches weekly classes in NYC. She is a Spaceholder mentor and advanced Heartbeat level training.
Ray Diaz, New York
Bringing clarity and conscious awareness to his offerings, Ray encourages each dancer to fully step into his/her power. He inspires collective transformational process centered on enhancing the aliveness inherent in each body. Ray brings the fire of his Dominican roots to his teachings in New York, along the East Coast and Mexico.
