A 5Rhythms® workshop exploring Intimacy on the dance floor

with Rivka Worth

How do we connect with others in the dance, in our lives? 

We can find ourselves hungry for intimate connection yet unsure how to create it. 'Closer' invites us to navigate ways we can be intimate with one another and with ourselves, through movement, awareness, physical contact, being seen in each of the Rhythms; Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness. 

In a supported, playful and aware environment and in our tenderness, power and vulnerability, we can experience meaningful, deeply present, intimate dance connections that nourish and satisfy our yearnings to move Closer.

This will be a safe and fully clothed, non-sexual workshop where your boundaries will be completely respected.
