To find a goal, to find a purpose and to move towards it is a fundamental human need. Sometimes we need to give a clear shape to ourselves, so we can get a sense of who we are and where are we heading. And I know very well that we see a lot of examples nowadays where the pursue of a goal or purpose becomes rigid and harmful.
So I invite you on this workshop to find your inner clarity and starting from there give a shape to this inner clarity. As we practice finding our center and give expression to it, we become more and more flexible in this process. We achieve fluidity by constantly redefining ourselves.
When we start listening to the simple and clear expressions of our bodies we learn a lot about ourselves. And when we are aware of what’s happening within us, then we will be able to let our bodies talk more clearly towards others. We will be able to support our clarity instead of preventing it.
On this workshop we’ll focus on the physical movement using the map of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms as a guide. Our main teacher will be the rhythm of staccato, exploring it’s territory from a new angle.
This weekend is open to everybody regardless of their experience, their age or their physical capacity. Places are limited to 30.
