CREATIVE PRESENCEJune 26-28, Lithuania
In CREATIVE PRESENCE, we will use dance as a source of transformation, celebration, and growth. The creative process awakened through the 5Rhythms movement practice will give us tools to expand our creativity in all aspects of life.
* The rhythm of Flowing will feed the resources of physical consciousness, expand the web of nervous connections, and embrace the sweetness of being sensitive.
* Staccato will support actions and interactions. It will let us play with the expression of passion and the clarity of boundaries.
* Chaos will build our trust in the unknown, encouraging our minds to play and surrender to life's experiences.
* Lyrical will ignite our bursting expression of authenticity and will make our "spontaneous self" visible and valued.
* Stillness will open space for the depth of our own wisdom, the actor and the witness of a wider presence to the world.
This weekend will be dedicated to playing with the lightness and the depth that inhabit us, enjoying melting our busy minds into the sparkling joy of movement and creativity.
We will embody the 5Rhythms and create movement stories and a magical atmosphere, bringing our creative presence into the forest.Our experienced and caring team will create a safe space to feel, connect, and express the wild and unpredictable self, living within you.
Guillaume will share with us his 20 years of experience and the parallel he makes between the creative process developed by Lawrence and Anna Halprin and the creative process we can implement with the 5Rhythms of Gabrielle Roth.
This retreat counts for 15 hours of Waves as prerequisites on the 5Rhythms teacher training path.

This retreat will take place at the beautiful "Baraka" farmstead, surrounded by pine, birch, and maple trees.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
