With CORPUS, Laure and Guillaume provide the opportunity to revisit the history of your Body in the light of an innovative practice of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms Map through a sensitive and symbolic approach of Anatomy.

Let's take the time to wonder about what we really know about our own body, this vessel which carries us through life every second ; Let's discover, with a few simple and efficient keys, the fascinating complexity of this Body which seems so obvious to us all in our daily life ;
Let's inhabit our Bodies with a renewed awareness of its beauty and perfection, to find new paths, new precision and new refined sensations in our moves and dance ;
Let's dive in the 5R Wave and enhance our experience with this new awareness, opening the doors to the transformations we really need in order to find our Body-Heart-Spirit balance.

Tools : 5R Waves ; sessions with 3D anatomic maps and integration through anatomic movement ; micro-movement ; massage in movement.

NOTES

Pre-requisites : a 4h 5Rythms Wave experience (or other practices such as Open Floor, Movement Medecine or Tamalpa Life Art) is recommended.

Biography :

Laure Fourest and Guillaume Laplane are both trained in ballet, improvisation and partner dancing.
Laure Fourest teaches Argentinian tango in Marseille and the Dordogne, and has developed workshops based on an approach of dancing through the perspective of anatomy, i.e. understanding the structures of our body and integrating this awareness in the dance. These workshops are adapted to partner as well as solo dancers.

Guillaume Laplane has been certified by Gabrielle Roth as a 5Rhythms instructor. He has been teaching for the last 8 years in Switzerland, France and abroad, and has worked with Anna Halprin, Marie Motais and Manuela Blanchard.
