“CONNECTED” 5Rhythms Online workshop Heartbeat level with Silvija Tomčik Sunday 15.12.2024. 5-8PM Zagreb time I love 5Rhythms so much! I love how this practice connects me with people from the whole world, and especially when I meet people that feel to me like we are from different planets. I love this invisible force that brings us together in each class or workshop, the mysterious thread that connects us in the right place and in the right moment. How did I find you, how did you find me, how did we find the 5Rhythms, how did the 5Rhythms find us?!? I love how this practice works on so many different levels giving true insights, awakening, moving, connecting and balancing all the different parts that make me a human being. HEARTBEAT: Heart is a true master of connection. Connecting me with myself and connecting with other hearts in my life. It is so hard to hide the truth of my heart. The truth that comes with so much fear and so much bravery, so much strength and so much vulnerability. My heart is teaching me about clarity in my words and so in my actions. There is a way to connect even through saying “I can not connect right now.” Previous Waves level experience is needed. This workshop contributes a total of 3 Heartbeat hours towards 5Rhythms Teacher Training. TESTIMONIAL:

STRUCTURE AND PROGRAM:
This workshop consists of a welcome, teaching, some work in small groups or pairs (using Zoom’s breakout rooms), movement practice, sharing plus questions and answers.
