This workshop is dedicated to the celebration of 10 years of 5Rhythms in Klagenfurt! Wherever the 5Rhythms are practiced, a community is born to dance, to sweat, to change, to support and to provide a safe space for each of us to shatter the ego's hold and awaken the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, edge-walking, rock star part of ourselves that yearns to be free. Welcome no matter if you are coming for the very first time or if you have been all the way from the beginning - now is the time to celebrate together!NOTES
Friday June 24, 19-21:30h Open Wave at Festsaal der Caritas 1st floor, Stauderplatz 1, Klagenfurt. Saturday June 25, one day workshop 10-18h including break. Costs: 110 Euro including Friday Wave. Just Open Wave is 25 Euro. Early bird price 90 Euro until 31st of May. There is low income price as well.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
