In this 5Rhythms workshop, we use movement to explore the landscape between feet and fingertips, earth and sky, between foundation and vision. Strong roots are essential in order to fly high. We move to unify body and soul. Bridging flesh with spirit, we become our most powerful, creative selves.Open to all levels of experience & abilities
