DESCRIPTION
As Spring awakens, roots dive deep in fertile soil to nourish fresh growth stretching to the sun. As we enter into this season’s rhythm, we too, sense the urge to seek expansion and light. Strong roots are essential in order to fly high.In this 5Rhythms Waves level workshop, we explore the landscape between feet and fingertips, earth and sky, between foundation and vision. We move to unify body and soul. Bridging flesh with spirit, we become our most powerful, creative selves. Awaken your potential!
