In Stillness, breathing supports and awakens our awareness to how we feel; our breath is the bridge of mind to body. By sensing and breathing deeper to our core, the center of our inner anatomy opens and we expand our inner space freeing our life force to feel more energy. We perceive our width and our depth.
In this SRhythms gathering we will express ourselves through all of the SRhythms to arrive in the sweet softness of Stillness. Within these waves we will listen for the presence of stillness within each rhythm. And we will experience a Stillness Wave. From there we will turn up the volume and listen to the emptiness, feel the space within us and around us and still the
mind."
