New beginnings. Empty space. An unplanned journey. Unshaped potential.How comfortable or uncomfortable are you with not knowing?
This workshop will use Gabrielle Roth’s maps of the 5Rhythms to explore our relationship with beginnings.
How do we experience uncharted territory?
At what point do we start to make a plan?
How do we adapt to unexpected changes?
Do unknown situations reveal unknown parts of ourselves?
How long are we willing to let an empty space stay empty?
Join accredited 5Rhythms teacher Ben Deutsch on New Year’s Day at Open Source Arts in Leeds, to explore all this and more.
Ben has been practising 5Rhythms since 2005 and teaching since 2016 - he seeks to hold space with good humour, kindness and honesty. He’s excited to be offering this workshop for the first time, to explore the potential of unknown territory.

10:30am to 5pm.
Workshop costs £50. Early bird available till 18th December £40.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
