DESCRIPTION

A three day exploration into the movement and shapes of masculine and feminine energies within us.
We'll take the time to dive into the physical manifestations of how our biology, our beliefs, our culture and our habits impact the way we show up for ourselves and each other. The map of the 5Rhythms holds this investigation as we move our centres, find our edges and shift the balance of these energetic polarities into cooperative creativity.
On the Friday night we'll all dance together; Saturday we'll split into two groups to delve into the completeness of each polarity; and on Sunday we'll come back together to see what, if anything, has changed.
Attendance to all three days of the workshop is requested.
Pre-registration required.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
