How do we find clarity and bravery for our next steps?
Bravery and courage are intertwined, maybe two sides of the same coin — and often on the other side, lies fear. So, this means to know bravery, we need to meet our fears and shine light on what lies beneath. Anxiety and distress are common when ‘braving’.
In this 5Rhythms® Waves and Heartbeat workshop we will explore the physical and emotional terrain of our brave. Embodiment practices, a wooden sword ritual, as well as opportunities for speaking up will be part of this empowering weekend.
Together we will explore how to increase our tolerance and receptivity for bravery.
When we open ourselves to new possibilities of being and relating in the world we can take one brave step at a time and see where they take us.
All are welcome. No previous experience is required.
This workshop counts for 10 Waves hours and 5 Heartbeat hours for the 5Rhythms teacher training path.
Bettina Rothe and Anne Marie Hogya met in 2000 in Marin, California during a month-long immersion with 5Rhythms founder, Gabrielle Roth. It was the start of a deep friendship that has lasted decades. Both Bettina and Anne Marie studied and trained with Gabrielle and 5Rhythms faculty and are accredited to teach the physical (Waves) map of the 5Rhythms. Anne Marie is also accredited to teach the emotional (Heartbeat) 5Rhythms map. Both teachers have been offering their work worldwide for many years and have a wealth of knowledge to share.
