Join us for a special weekend of dance, ritual, and community celebration at the sacred time of the winter solstice. We will work with the powerful energies of the winter solstice to honor, explore and journey deeply into our inner world, clearing what is ready to be released and healed. As we honor and celebrate the rebirth of the sun, we will honor and celebrate the divine light within us all, honoring our gifts and radiance. We will use the tools of 5 rhythms dance, dance therapy, authentic movement, witnessing, sharing, drawing and ritual, dancing alone and together. This weekend is an opportunity to deeply connect with our inner self to renew and heal ourselves, deeply nurtured by the beautiful natural environment and the support of ritual and community.
