DESCRIPTION

Slip inside your skin, taste deeper instincts, what is just here under your feet, your touch, your senses awakening to sight, sounds, smells, texture, pattern, sensation. The aliveness moving through you right now. Listen, follow, awaken into this moment as it shifts as it changes. A blink of your eyes, a twist of your flesh, the flick of your wrist, uncurling your spine, lick your own lips. Pause, soften. Aliveness. Beginners and dance lovers welcome.

NOTES

We will dance outdoors during this workshop. We have the hall hired for our dance.
