We dance for many reasons. Most often we hear that dancing the 5Rhythms feels like coming ‘home’. Coming home is a great description for when we meet ourselves, to come to rest in ourselves, to be more aware of how we are, and what our deepest needs are. But how do we deepen our dance to reach more of that place called ‘home’? During this weekend we will dance deep, uncovering layer upon layer, expanding our awareness in movement. How am I? How do I stay true to myself and meet another in the dance? You are invited to come and explore, sometimes challenge yourself to take a risk to be yourself more fully – to dance your truth, to speak your truth no matter what it is. This is how we awaken to who we are – our fullest potential.
