Take some time for yourself this Summer: relax, breathe deep, and make space for your soul to soar. Dancing in the splendour of the Yorkshire Dales, we will create a supportive community for deep, healing work. Inspired by the beauty that surrounds us, we will open to a more expansive sense of ourselves. Not so much a solid, definite personality.. more a fluid range of possibility, with ancient roots.
In this workshop we’ll use the deep simplicity of the 5 Rhythms practice to explore some of the fundamental archetypes of our shared humanity. Mother, king, hero, lover, wise one, fool ~ to name a few. We’ll step into and move with these energies, drawing on their power to awaken and strengthen different aspects of ourselves. As we learn to embody them, they bring us a steady sense of presence, and a better balance in ourselves between masculine and feminine, action and being, sexuality and spirituality, wisdom and innocence. Both playful, and holy, the work expands the range of who we can be, and ultimately reframes our sense of what it means to be alive.
