A 5Rhythms® weekend workshop in Paekākāriki, near Wellington, New Zealand

(there is a South Island workshop the following weekend).

Join us for a deep dive into the skeletal landscape of the body—where form and movement provoke the memory of our animal, and mineral cells/selves.

In this weekend immersion, we’ll uncover the bones—exploring the structure, strength, support, and vitality that arise when we embody our bony architecture. Through the 5Rhythms map, we’ll trace, align, and articulate the inner scaffolding that grounds our shapes, hold us upright, and upon which we can align our sense of self.

This workshop invites you to:

Bring awareness to your bones as carriers of clarity and direction

Realign and re-pattern deep unpinnings, discovering new sources of strength, softness, and ease

Experience how skeletal embodiment can deepen your dance practice and connections to community, and life beyond the dance floor

Together, we’ll take our bones into the dance—and our dance into the bones.

All willing movers are welcome.
