Everything that we experience in life is reflected in our bodies. Our emotions and thoughts are directly connected to our body parts and the history of these experiences shape and define our posture and form. We all have unconscious physical muscular patterns in our bodies, which are the representation of unresolved emotional experiences. By connecting to these patterns consciously through movement, and then learning to complete the natural emotional response, we can release those unconscious patterns in our bodies.

Anatomy of Emotions is a 5 day 5Rhythms Heartbeat + Waves investigation where we will explore these emotional landscapes with kindness, curiosity and compassion. We hope you will join us.

Prerequisites: 15 hours of Waves classes or a Weekend workshop with a certified 5Rhythms teacher.

This workshop will count as 5 days Heartbeat and 1 day Waves towards your Teacher Training prerequisites. It should be noted that because of this extensive investigation the daily hours have been extended to fulfill the necessary hourly requirements for a 5 day heartbeat.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

For a full refund minus a $50 processing fee, you must cancel at least 4 weeks in advance of this workshop. For a full refund minus a 50% processing fee you must cancel at least 2 weeks in advance of this workshop. Within 2 weeks of this workshop all refunds will be subject to participant replacement. If you do not show up for the workshop without communicating and we were unable to fill your spot, your money will not be refunded.

Due to limited space, in the event that a waiting list is necessary, only fully paid registrations will take priority. We will contact you directly if you have not paid in full and we have less than ten spots left.

In the event that the organizer cancels this workshop, for any reason:

- A full refund of the tuition fee received from a participant will be made.

- The organizers will hold no financial responsibility for the participants travel expenses.

- Every attempt will be made to give as much prior warning of cancellation as possible.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
