DESCRIPTION
There are so many times we feel stuck. Inertia, tension and confusion are the human experience. Alchemy, a 5Rhythms waves workshop, invites us into physical embodiment in order to move from stuck to freedom. Alchemy is sacred space to dance, reflect and transmute habitual patterns. Together we’ll move toward whole/holy-ness. Much like the alchemists of old who sought to turn base metals into gold, we’ll delve into transformational magic. We’ll convert our innermost challenges into treasures of self-awareness, resilience, and connection. Join us and be a part of this alchemical process, turning the matter of your life into gold.Majica Alba is a creative visionary, deeply immersed in the worlds of art, music, and dance, which she uses as therapeutic vehicles. With two decades of experience as an attachment therapist, she will integrate that with the somatic dance practice of 5Rhythms® into this workshop offering. Majica is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified 5Rhythms® Teacher.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
