DESCRIPTION
In this workshop through the Heartbeat maps, we explore growing our capacity for Compassion, and seeking out Compassion in it's different formsDo we run out of acceptance and kindness, or can it continue like an underground sream that keeps flowing?
How do we draw the line and stop people pleasing to stand tall in truth
How deep is our trust when times are tough and everything falls away?
Can sensitive, thoughtful action change our world?
Does Compassion include ourselves? Does it need to do something, or can it just be?
In Compassion we are in service. Gotta serve somebody - who are you going to serve?
This map opens the interconnection with all of life - how does this affect us: what wakes up? What is it impossible to ignore?

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
