The time has come for A Soul Journey On this journey we are - moving to inhabit our body. - reminding each other to express a story of our heart. - seeking a moment of surrendering into a field beyond wrongdoing and rightdoing. - revealing some of our patterns and perhaps becoming layer by layer a little bit more visible. - praying to find the courage and humility to offer our gifts and let ourselves be seen. On this journey Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms® map will serve us as a vehicle to get access to our Soul's guiding whispers to its hidden treasures and gifts, yet to be revealed; using an embodied language of movement and dance. **All workshop hours contribute to 5Rhythms® teacher training prerequisites.
