Through the 5Rhythms we will enter a journey of listening inwards, giving attention to our own life experience  and the experience of being alive. Our life is the raw material for the dance. We enter into this rich area through the body and through the 5Rhythms. Every one of us have their own version of these rhythms in us. By finding them in ourselves, expressing them, letting them go and letting ourselves expand and connect, we can be more - more alive, more ourselves, and more with each other and with our surroundings. 

Ingrid has been teaching movement since 1988, and dancing Gabrielle Roths 5Rhythms® since 2007. Since 2016 she is teaching the rhythms, and this is Ingrids 3rd visit in Vesteraalen. She dives into the magical and healing world of the 5 Rhythms as often  and as long as possible, and she is very exited about bringing this powerful practice to this powerful area of mother earth, and the beautiful wold souls who live there.
