MON CORPS EST GRAPHIQUEUne approche sensible et créative de l'anatomie en mouvement
Notre corps dessine sans cesse : lignes de force, courbes, spirales, appuis, trajectoires. Il dit des choses, il a son écriture propre. Il est déjà, à sa manière, chorégraphique. Ce stage nous invite à explorer cette architecture vivante de l'intérieur pour en faire une source de perception, d'expression et de création vivifiantes.
Notre corps n'est pas seulement un instrument de mouvement : il est un territoire complexe, traversé de sensations, de représentations culturelles, de mémoires, d’histoires, d'émotions et d'imaginaire. Ce que nous y ressentons résonne avec notre manière d’être au monde et donc avec notre quotidien. La danse nous permettra d’assouplir ces espaces où s’entrelacent constamment dimensions corporelles et psychiques. En portant attention à la structure subtile de notre organisme, nous enrichirons notre vocabulaire gestuel et ouvrirons aussi de nouveaux chemins pour nos danses et nos vies.
Un ressenti fin des détails de notre physicalité approfondira notre acuité sensible et notre cohérence corporelle. Chacun.e pourra ainsi élargir la mobilité et le vocabulaire de sa danse en harmonie avec sa structure personnelle. L'attention portée au détail nous permettra d’enrichir notre globalité, de gagner en aisance, en audace, en capacité de jeu et en authenticité dans le mouvement. Nous interrogerons notamment notre relation à la gravité, la force de notre centre, les liens entre nos ressentis intérieurs et notre expressivité, nos interactions avec les autres et notre environnement.
Explorations guidées, écoute fine, danse libre, composition instantanée, imaginaire, émotions et partages : une recherche tout en nuances, où l'expérience du corps nourrit l'élan créateur.

NOTES
Our body is constantly drawing: lines of force, curves, spirals, points of support, pathways. It speaks, it has its own unique handwriting. In its own way, it is already choreographic. This workshop invites us to explore this living architecture from within, and to transform it into a source of perception, expression, and vibrant creativity.
Our body is not simply an instrument of movement: it is a complex territory, shaped by sensations, cultural representations, memories, stories, emotions, and imagination. What we feel within it resonates with the way we inhabit the world and therefore with our daily lives. Through dance, we will soften and explore these spaces where physical and psychological dimensions are constantly intertwined. By bringing awareness to the subtle structure of our organism, we will enrich our movement vocabulary and open new pathways for both our dances and our lives.
A refined perception of the details of our physicality will deepen our sensory awareness and our bodily coherence. Each participant will be able to expand their mobility and their dance vocabulary in harmony with their own unique structure. Attention to detail will allow us to enrich our sense of wholeness, gaining ease, boldness, playfulness, and authenticity in movement. We will explore, among other things, our relationship with gravity, the strength of our centre, the connections between inner sensations and expression, and our interactions with others and with our environment.
Guided explorations, refined listening, free dance, instant composition, imagination, emotions, and sharing: a nuanced exploration where the experience of the body nourishes the creative impulse.
Residential workshop – From Wednesday 5 May at 5 pm to Sunday 9 May at 5 pm.
