
The 5Rhythms practice came into my life as a path back home: My body.
Through movement I discovered an inner compass, a way of listening to the wisdom that lives in every breath, every impulse and every pause. When I return to the body, I find direction, grounding and calm.
For me, the body is a territory of deep wisdom. Within it there is always the possibility to begin again, over and over, in a thousand different ways as many as I may need or desire.
Dance reminds me that we do not need to be perfect to be present, only willing to feel, breathe and inhabit who we are.
My wish is to share this practice as a simple and powerful medicine, creating spaces where we can meet through movement, compassion and presence a place where each person can remember their own freedom and their own path back to the body.
The dance floor is where I continue learning, again and again, to listen to life through the body.
