Dancing has always been part of my life, but it wasn’t until I discovered 5Rhythms® that I truly learned to move intuitively — to let my body, rather than my mind, guide me.
Through 5Rhythms®, I found a way to come home to myself — to be present with whatever was alive inside me, to let emotions flow instead of managing them, and to gently release what kept me stuck, both on the dance floor and in life.
Over time, I began to see that the quality of my dance mirrors the quality of my living. What arises in movement reflects what is unfolding within. 5Rhythms® invites us to lean into discomfort rather than turn away — to stay, soften, and truly listen to ourselves.
As a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training, mentored by Ray Diaz and Stuart Phillips, I teach as an invitation into the same embodied presence. Each wave is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, notice what longs to be expressed, and rest in the quiet moments in between — where stillness, ease, and a sense of unity naturally emerge.
You are welcome here, exactly as you are — fully seen, fully felt, fully alive.
