5Rhythms Teacher in Training

Mentored by: Hannah Loewenthal & Richard Wiltshire

I am based in Vienna, Austria and since 2017, I have been deeply devoted to the practice of 5Rhythms, discovering in it not just a form of movement, but a way of life. What began as personal exploration soon grew into a calling. In 2026, I stepped onto the teachers path, committed to guiding others through the transformative power of this dynamic movement meditation practice. My soul mission is clear: “To bring together people with the same interest” I believe that when individuals gather in authentic expression, something greater than the sum of its parts emerges - connection, healing, and collective joy.
For me, dance is not performance; it is presence, community, and shared humanity. This vision comes alive not only in my teaching, but also in my heart-centered initiative: the annual 5Rhythms Festival Euphorica in Austria.Founded through my passion and dedication, the festival is a vibrant gathering space where dancers come together to celebrate movement, music, and mindful connection. It embodies my gift for creating spaces where like-minded souls can meet, move, and grow.
Guided by Gabrielle Roth's motto: “If you don’t do your dance, who will” I encourage others to step fully into their unique rhythm - on the dance floor and in life. Through courage, authenticity, and heart, I continue to inspire people to claim their dance and, in doing so, to find themselves.
