So I went back again the following week, and the week after that. Each time felt less agonizing and more freeing. The more I danced, the more I let go. The more I danced, the less I cared about what it looked like, or what the other dancers might be thinking. The more I danced, the more I noticed how my behavioral and emotional patterns on the dance floor mirror my patterns out in the rest of the world. The 5Rhythms practice offers me boundless opportunity for meditation, self-reflection, connection, experimentation, and creative expression.
