For as long as I can remember I have been a Dreamer and an Artist, Dancer, Poet and Freedom Fighter, dedicated student to the Mystery; daughter to an Irish English woman and Palestinian man, I was born and raised in Jordan. 

I have been a lover of the dance and music since day one. They wove their way into my days through it all.

I have worked as an actor and am also a ceremonial singer and musician endlessly honing in on the craft and seeing where it take me. I feel passionately about merging the creative arts with the therapeutic through my work in Somatic and Dynamic Movement, Somatic Experiencing, Theatre and Holistic Voice.

I am devoted to the practice of living a life imbued with Beauty, with Ritual, with Reverence and in alignment with Nature's cycles. I find myself an ongoing apprentice to the Dance of Grief, of Death, of Love and everything in between. The practice of the 5Rhythms has and continues to be a Sanctuary, a Holy place and one I am committed to share with others.
