I am a 5Rhythms® Teacher-in-Training, mentored by Ajay Rajani and Nikki Ashley, as well as a mindfulness teacher, somatic practitioner, systemic and family constellations facilitator, and mother of two. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, deep ecology, and a devotion to the mystery that moves through all living systems.
I came to 5Rhythms through my own healing journey. Movement became a way to metabolize experience rather than explain it, to soften survival patterns and return to presence. The practice continues to unfold me into myself, into love, and into the wider web of relationship around me.
In my classes, I strive to create a container that honours the lineage of these teachings and the deeper lineages of expressive movement and rhythm that have always been central to human life and ritual. I trust the dance and that what emerges belongs. As we move together, I seek to hold a balance of form and freedom, allowing space for your unique expression to unfold as a resonant note in the choir we create together.
I hold deep gratitude for my home community in Toronto and for my teacher, Layah Jane, whose guidance and embodied wisdom continue to shape my path.
