My professional path has been devoted to human development. As a psychologist and Gestalt therapist, I have spent many years accompanying people through processes of awareness and transformation. Along the way, I came to recognize something important: there are moments when words cannot reach what needs to be touched. Conversation can bring insight, yet often it is the body — through sensation, presence, and movement — that opens the way to a deeper understanding. 

Since 2018, the practice of 5Rhythms® has become a meaningful part of my journey. What moves me most is how the practice invites authenticity. As people begin to move freely, something essential often emerges — a direct and honest expression of who they are beneath expectations, habits, and noise. 

I am a 2026 5Rhythms®  Teacher in Training mentored by Kierra Foster-Ba and Masayo Benoist. I feel genuine excitement about beginning to move the 5Rhythms® tribe in Ecuador — creating spaces where people can gather, dance, and rediscover the wisdom that lives in their bodies. I warmly invite anyone who feels curious to join the dance, to listen to their own movement, and to explore what becomes possible when we move together.
