5Rhythms Teacher in Training
I am a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training based in Taos, New Mexico. I am being mentored by Alessandro Moruzzi, Vehllia Tranne, and Karen Chapman. I found 5Rhythms when I was 20 years old and immediately felt at home. It continues to be the practice that meets me wherever I am in life. It has supported me through difficult times, helped me to discover the joy of being in my body, and expanded my capacity to be present for the whole of the human experience. My teaching style is grounded and supportive. What matters to me most is that my classes feel safe enough for participants to dive deep into the mystery that we all are, and perhaps discover something new. I am committed to teaching with compassion and presence. I welcome all bodies and embrace diversity of backgrounds, identities, and abilities. I am excited to offer back to my community this practice that has meant so much to me. I look forward to meeting you on the dance floor.
