Jewel fell under Gabrielle's spell in 1984. She was Gabrielle's go to poet for decades in publications and workshops, is a slam champion and a national award winning 'oral interpreter of literature'. Jewel is a graduate of Sonoma State University with degrees in Psychology, Liberal Arts and Education. As a Montessori trained teacher, she specializes in 5Rhythms for children using her magical poetry to initiate movement in the classroom.

To honor Jewel's memory, we will turn over the entire proceeds of the sales of her books and album to her family out of love, respect and gratitude for all that she contributed to the body of the 5Rhythms work with her voice.
