I am a Teacher in Training mentored by Alessandro Moruzzi, Vehllia Tranne and Karen Chapman, and I am currently based in Quebec City, Canada.

For over twenty years, I searched for a way to inhabit my body, bring Spirit into the raw matter of daily life, and to consciously participate in my own becoming. This journey led me through physical, energetic, and soul-centered learnings until I discovered 5Rhythms® in 2020.

The 5Rhythms offered me what I had long been seeking, and much more... I fell in love with life through movement and presence. I learned to trust the intelligence of my body, transform my stories into art, and surrender to the wisdom that arises when I listen deeply.

Today, I move with intuition, creativity, and purpose—one rhythm at a time. I invite you into Emerging Waves, a safe and playful space to jump into your own mystery, explore yourself and uncover your unique gifts. This space welcomes all genders, ages, bodies, and levels of experience. We are one through our uniqueness.

I am deeply grateful to my mentors for their guidance, to the global 5Rhythms community devoted to growth and connection, and to Gabrielle Roth for gifting us this wild and artistic pathway back to wholeness.
