Join Marjolein for a transformative dance workshop to ring in 2025 with purpose and clarity. This special event, held on the first weekend of the year, will guide you through a powerful journey of setting intentions for the year ahead.

We’ll start by shaking off the past—dancing away the remnants of 2024—during a deeply healing Cacao Dance & Sound Bath on Saturday, facilitated by Meredith Rose and Marjolein Akkerman.  Then, we’ll dive on Sunday into the rhythms of the 5Rhythms practice together with Marjolein, using movement and mindful exercises to explore our dreams and desires for the new year.

Through dance, creativity, and introspective moments, we’ll craft mood boards and crystallize our intentions, while gently releasing old beliefs and emotions that may be holding us back.

This weekend promises to be a vibrant and safe space for self-expression, personal growth, and meaningful connection. Let’s dance our way into 2025 with open hearts and clear intentions. 🌟

All Levels Welcome:

No matter your level of experience, this workshop welcomes individuals from all walks of life, creating a space that nurtures growth, connection, and self-expression.

PLEASE BRING:  everything you will need for comfort during the Sound Bath. Mat, blankets, cushions, eye mask . Comfort items can be made available for you with plenty of prior notice; please message the organisers (for Saturday only). A water bottle  and wear comfortable flexible clothes for dancing.
