This cauldron is a container for transformation – held by the group, held by the music, held by our dancing practice. By putting every part of ourselves into the cauldron of the dance, by releasing what we no longer need, by choosing to stir the pot of our own lives, we will open to the possibility of transformation.
Through this practice, stories and experiences that we have carried with us can become medicine for our lives, and perhaps our lives will become medicine for the World.
As well as dancing together, we will take time to talk, to eat together, and to create embodied rituals.
We will be dancing on a beautiful sprung wooden floor, located in the heart of Leeds. Our work will be guided by Gabrielle Roth’s maps of the 5Rhythms, a physical and spiritual practice that facilitates change, release and reconnection.
Ben Deutsch and Jake Madhatter will work together to create and hold the space for this experience. Jake is a ritualistic musician using drums, gongs, voice and more to create powerful multi-layered hypnotic music. Ben is an intuitive and responsive 5Rhythms teacher, who seeks out the magic hidden just beneath the surface of things.
Ben and Jake have collaborated many times, and both bring deep experience, intuition, creativity and caring to their work.

Advance payment required to confirm your booking.
If I cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel with at least 2 weeks notice, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, you will not receive a refund, but may be able to use part of your payment towards another workshop with Ben Deutsch.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
