DESCRIPTION
INNER RHYTHM** presents **5RHYTHMS with KiaOra Fox**. *Sensing Freedom.*Step into a full-body exploration of the 5Rhythms, where movement becomes a language of self-discovery. Through breath, feet, and flow, we’ll root ourselves in the earth, find our center, awaken inner power, and open our hearts to visionary expansion. This workshop invites you to embody your essence—rooted, centered, powerful, and fully alive in love.
Join us for a day of moving beyond the mind, dancing through each rhythm to peel away layers and release the blocks that are ready to be freed through movement and self-expression.
NOTES
from 12:00 noon until 6:30 PM, with a break mid-point (bring your own nourishment). Registration at the door opens at 11:30 AM. **$65.00 tuition**.
Wear easy to move in clothing and layers. Things can get sweaty and when we slow down, one can get cold. And bring your water bottle!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
