DESCRIPTION
What if the way back to our body was the dance? What if the beat of the music was to attune us back to own rhythm ? What if the simple pleasure of moving was the medicine to our over busy and serious lives and minds? What if the energy moved by the dance could connect us again to the vastness of the universe ? What if the dance was a way to remember how incredible it is to be a sentient human being on the planet earth?
What if all of this was enhanced by coming to dance together?
We will cultivate the art of spontaneity, innocence and playfulness.
Presence, co-creation and lightness will be at the heart of our dances.
We'll alternate guided explorations and deep dives into our dances of the moment, without guidance. This will give us a chance to refresh our routines, expand our spaces of awareness and movement, regenerate and share a moment of humanity.
Time to dance ! Together !

No previous experience needed, everyone is welcome !
