DESCRIPTION
A river journeys through the Rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical into the oneness and deep stillness of the ocean - I invite you to join me in the river, and be curious as to where we end up. We will have time to deepen our 5Rhythms practise, to spend time with our community of dancers, (bring lunch to share) and to enjoy this beautiful venue in the Worcestershire countryside.NOTES
