The 5Rhythms are a physical and spiritual dance practice that offers us maps for self-discovery and a path to awakening. In this practice we cultivate body awareness, which in turn opens the heart and frees the mind, so that the spirit can soar. 

In this daylong workshop we will be honouring the energy of spring... the earth is awakening and so are we. Let's welcome new growth and expansion, seeds sprouting and new beginnings. We will awaken our inner fire through dance, meditation and ritual.

We are offering an inclusive and sacred space where you can come home to yourself, find connection, nourishment and replenish in community.

We have space for 30 dancers. Only payment will guarantee your spot.

Bowen Island is just a 20 minute ferry ride away from Horseshoe Bay. We encourage car pooling. Ferry walk-ons can take the local bus (1 stop away) or easily walk (15 minute walk) to the venue.
