In this 5Rhythms waves workshop we will explore the ways the outside world stops us in our tracks and work with transforming and reigniting our inner fires to light our way back to our own truths. As we move in an upward trajectory to our YES, we will open our eyes to the darkness and light the flame that illuminates our mystery.

Refund Policy
Life happens and changes are sometimes necessary. Cancellations 3-4 weeks before start date receive a full refund minus a $90 processing fee. Cancellations made 2 weeks before will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations made less than a week from start date are subject to a participant replacement. If a replacement is registered a refund minus a $150 processing fee will be granted.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
