DESCRIPTION

How do we navigate the transitions of our lives? The twilight chapters that lye between the beat of our dance as we come in and out of contact with ourselves and others.

Following on in the ME.YOU.US series, this workshop looks at what happens in between the rhythms and in between the contact. Join us as we explore the possibilities that can unfold.

Sole De La Hoz is a professional dancer with a career spanning opera, theatre and screen. She teaches regular classes and workshops of contact improvisation in and around London. Tim Barnes is a certified 5Rhythms teacher holding classes and workshops in the UK and internationally.
