A 5Rhythms® Day of Exploration With Jeffrey Boynton

This autumnal season of darkness, of lengthening nights and diminishing light holds us in an essential energy, an intuitive space of regeneration and inner growth. The coming season of winter brings with it the return of the light, and a long period of rest for many forms of life in this hemisphere. Sap slows, heart rates drop into hibernation, birds absent themselves to warmer climates, emptying the skies. Crisp leaves rest on the forest floor as the ground grows cold. We bring the warmth inside our homes, into our hearth, with practices that soothe and comfort.

As we approach the winter solstice, I invite you to dance the polarities of the 5Rhythms as we explore each rhythm in its endarkened and enlightened expression. This full weekend journey of movement, connection, ritual, and integration is offered as a waypoint on your path to the regenerative, restful, and deeply nourishing energy that winter can offer.
