DESCRIPTION

To truly listen… to ourselves and to others, it takes our deepest care, sensitivity and presence. What gets in our way of hearing our body’s wisdom and our hearts? How many times have we overridden our gut instincts, interrupted someone, tuned out… This workshop invites us to slow down, lovingly examine habitual patterns so as to create more space for authentic responses from our hearts and intuition.

When we listen with our whole heart, we foster greater relationships, respect and empathy.

This counts as 1 day Waves and 1.5 day Heartbeat for those on the teacher training path.

Refund Policy

Up to 30 days before the workshop: Refunds will be granted, less a $75 processing fee.

Up to 14 days before the workshop: Refunds will be granted, less a $125 processing fee.

No refunds will be granted within 14 days of the workshop.

Ticket Tailor booking fees are non-refundable.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
