This dancefloor is for the whole of you.
"Human" is a 5Rhythms Waves workshop devised by teacher Ben Deutsch, to make space for all aspects of ourselves, even the parts that we wish we could leave outside the door. Begin with the physical, and then open up to layer upon layer.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
