Join us as we welcome back international 5Rhythms teacher, Douglas Drummond from Aotearoa (NZ) joined by master drummer and elder Sanga of the Valley alongside musical savant Nick Ayers. This is a transformative journey where movement meets awareness in our Healing Waters: The Woven Wave workshop, created with the intention of exploring the themes of unconscious bias and ecstatic connection through the dynamic practice of 5Rhythms.

In this immersive experience, we will delve into the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, using our embodiment map as a powerful tool to uncover and release unconscious biases that may reside within us. Participants will engage in mindful movement, allowing the body to express and process emotions while fostering an environment of acceptance and vulnerability within a safe-as-possible environment. 

This workshop will be a unique blend of movement, introspection, and connection.

In unity, we will cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and each other, celebrating the diversity of our experiences while challenging the biases that may keep us apart. Let’s move, connect, and awaken together.
