The invitation is to give ourselves enough time to spend down on the floor, offering our weight to the earth, letting our feet guide us into our dance.
Learning how to drop what we carry and let the ground hold us, nourish us, comfort us. Surrendering to the earth what holds us back, what holds us down, what keeps us separate. Resting in our inhale, rising on our exhale. It takes courage to feel that our being is enough. Coming back home to our own physical bodies more and more, we can start feeling more at home on this planet and extend loving attention and care from our own self love.
Rooted and centered we can soar, we can switch from me to we, from weight to weightless, from effort to effortless. We rise from the ground up, we dance from the feet up, we support and lift each other up, liberating our imagination, celebrating our maturity.
There will be a lot of dancing, singing (Kirtan and Sacred Cacao ritual), some tree planting, some creative expression and play.

Prerequisites: minimum 15 Waves hours or 1 weekend workshop. This workshop counts towards future 5Rhythms® trainings as 2 days of Waves and 2 days of Heartbeat.
Prices: Full price i380 Euro. Early booking price before 7th of March is 340 Euro. Working price is 200 Euro. 5Rhythms Teachers and Space Holders price is 290 Euro.
We begin at 17:30 on the first day and we end at 13h on the last day with the lunch.

The Friedrichshof hotel and dancing space is located in the midst of a beautiful 25ha area, 60 km south east of Vienna and 6 km from famous Lake Neusiedl. We will enjoy high level standard accommodation, delicious food, sauna and rich nature around. We will organize a shuttle from Vienna Airport and there are taxis from the closest train stations.

All prices include full board, per person, per night.
Due to logistical reasons half board is not available. The nearest town with shops or restaurants is 7 km away.

The hotel does not have a public restaurant; the kitchen exclusively caters to seminar guests.

We do not recommend taking the public bus—it’s complicated to get there, and there is no return bus.

Please mark in the registration form if you’d like a shuttle spot. Departure: Vienna Main Station 15:00, Vienna Airport 15:30. Cost: €20–€35 per ride, depending on the number of passengers.
